Meet our Team
Dr. Schnarr, a 1970 Purdue Graduate, has been the owner of Irvington Pet Clinic since 1985. Scuba diving and underwater photography are major hobbies for Dr. Schnarr and his photos of underwater scenes and fish adorn the clinic walls. This hobby has also earned him the title of being the unofficial photographer of the Indiana Veterinary Medical Association.
Dr. Schnarr is active in professional veterinary activities and has held the following positions; past president of the local Indianapolis Veterinary Association, CIVMA, and a past president of the State Veterinary Medical Association. He was also co-chairman of the State Veterinary convention program for 17 years, and is currently the chair of the State VMA Health and Wellness Committee, and serves on the state convention planning committee. Gina, Seth, and Kathleen make up a very important part of our clinic's staff. They are our wonderful kennel attendants. They come in daily and perform a variety of cleaning tasks around the clinic and, more importantly, take excellent care of our kenneled animals. Every one of our kennel attendants is compassionate to the animals and thorough in their cleaning duties. They are the reason that our clinic remains presentable. Although they work "behind" the scenes, their dedication to our clinic is irreplaceable.
